Job summary

Pacific International is seeking an Executive Search Associate to launch a career in executive search through our structured training programme in London. You will support senior leaders, conduct candidate outreach, and help build a diverse, global talent pipeline.

Fluency in English and German or French, plus 1–2 years in sales or client-facing roles, are valued. This role is on-site in London for the first 6 months with clear progression toward Consultant.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German or French; bilingual for European market support.
• 1–2 years of sales, business development, recruitment or similar client-facing role; degree acceptable.
• Strong verbal communication and confidence engaging with senior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets through weekly/monthly outreach to identify high-quality candidates.
• Direct outreach and sourcing to engage top talent for executive roles.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking and market mapping.
• Collaborate with Head of Sector and Client Delivery Manager to support assignments.
• Present well-qualified candidates to clients to drive successful placements.

Role responsibilities:

• Direct Outreach and Sourcing: Conduct proactive outreach to source, assess, and engage top talent.
• Network Building: Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through relationship-building and market mapping.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the Head of Sector and Client Delivery Manager to support executive search assignments.
• Deliver Quality Candidates: Present well-qualified candidates to clients, contributing to successful placements.

Preferred qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, similar client-facing role, or relevant degree
• Fluent / Professional speaking in two or more languages
• Proven experience in cold outreach or business development

Required qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence engaging with senior professionals
• A genuine interest in building a career in executive search
