This key role focuses on senior recruitment and succession planning, helping us maintain industry leadership.
Executive Resourcing specializes in senior, niche, or confidential roles. It requires systematic research to identify the best candidates, who are often very senior and not actively job hunting.
We need a researcher to support our Executive Resourcing Team by identifying and approaching potential candidates (headhunting), promoting Severn Trent, and assessing their suitability.
You will manage the entire process—from preparing role specifications to candidate outreach, interviews, and onboarding—delivering a premium experience for both candidates and managers.
We seek someone with strong research and analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience managing senior stakeholders. Attention to detail, initiative, creativity, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and manager experiences are essential.
This role is based in our Coventry office, fostering teamwork and innovation.
