Job summary

Victoria Wall Associates Limited is recruiting a Consultant (Executive Hiring) in the West End. The role focuses on senior and executive-level mandates, with a proactive BD approach and a drive to establish an executive search capability within the boutique firm.

You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and manage end-to-end recruitment across permanent and contract roles, with a supportive, team-driven environment and a discretionary bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive search or retained search is highly desirable.
• Business development experience is essential.
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
• Excellent communication and deadline-driven work style.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifying and developing new business at senior/executive level.
• Build relationships with clients for board-level and senior appointments.
• Conduct contingency recruitment across permanent and contract roles.
• Screen, interview, and vet candidates to a high standard.
• Support long-term growth of an executive search capability within VWA.
