Job summary

VWA Ltd, a boutique recruitment consultancy in London, is hiring a Research Consultant to support Consultants across Permanent, Temporary and Contract searches. The role offers progression in a commercial, people-focused environment and involves prioritising urgent tasks.

The successful candidate will conduct end-to-end candidate search campaigns, headhunt targets, and build a regional/global network. Hybrid work and a discretionary bonus potential accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Office experience is required.
• Degree level education or equivalent.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent attention to detail and flexibility to changing priorities.
• Teamworking and commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide research services to the business across Permanent, Temporary & Contract searches.
• Conduct end-to-end candidate search and selection campaigns.
• Contact and headhunt potential candidates for targeted searches.
• Maintain a growing network of candidate relationships.
• Research market conditions to inform business decisions.
• Support Consultants in searches and lead on assignments as needed.
• Represent VWA at client briefings and events, some outside hours.
• Assist with administrative tasks.
