Job summary

Greenhouse Sports is seeking a trusted, strategic partner to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. You will help enable effective leadership, decision-making and delivery across the organisation from our London Head Office, with a 37.5-hour week and at least one in-office day per week (0.8 FTE possible).

You will manage governance, support the SLT and lead multi-stakeholder projects, cultivating strong relationships with partners, funders and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen to interpret organisational priorities and risks.
• Experience drafting governance policies, procedures and governance docs.
• Able to manage competing priorities with discretion and integrity.
• Excellent written communication for reports, briefings and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Senior Leadership Team to drive alignment, accountability and clear action ownership.
• Organise SLT meetings: agenda, papers, minute-taking and follow-up.
• Ensure actions from SLT meetings are tracked and completed.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and monitor delivery.
• Coordinate leadership away days, reviews, planning cycles and organisational activities.
• Mentor junior colleagues and promote best practice across the organisation.
