Job summary

Pixaera is seeking an Executive/Senior Producer to shape and own the content slate for high-immersion training modules. You will set the craft bar, coach a cross-functional team, and drive delivery from concept to publish with a CEO-facing accountability for quality and speed.

You will manage budgeting, external partners, and commercial proposals, while aligning content with safety and industry standards across multiple languages. A strong market focus and leadership style is essential.

• You have owned a game, a title or a content slate — the work and the team, not the calendar.
• Broad cross-functional leadership across disciplines to coach leads not just manage teams.
• You have carried a real budget with consequences attached and can discuss actions taken.

Responsibilities

• Own the content direction, quality bar, and team development, reporting to the CEO.
• Lead and coach craft leads across art, design, production, and learning design.
• Oversee proposals, scoping, and pricing for RFPs and customer engagements.
• Drive localization at scale and ensure content aligns with safety and industry standards.
• Own the cost model, capacity planning, and production tooling; lean into AI for authoring speed.
