Job summary

Adobe seeks a strategic leader to drive adoption of creative and generative AI workflows across top design-focused higher education programmes through faculty partnerships and curriculum integration.

You will build relationships with faculty and deans, translate real-world workflows into courses, and guide responsible AI adoption in design and film programmes, while designing scalable faculty programmes and training teams.

Qualifications

• Deep credibility in professional design workflows and creative production pipelines.
• Proven ability to influence academic leadership within complex institutions.
• Practical and informed perspective on AI in creative production.
• Experience teaching, lecturing, or developing curriculum in design education.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with faculty, chairs, and deans and advise on curriculum modernisation and AI adoption.
• Translate workflows into course and assignment recommendations for faculty.
• Guide responsible generative AI adoption in design and film programmes and educate on use cases and ethics.
• Design and scale faculty programmes, pilots, portfolios, and industry-connected capstones.
• Enable and lead a team of training partners on top creative and AI workflows.
• Develop advocates across faculty, industry practitioners, and creative technologists to scale reach.
