Monks is seeking an Executive Producer specializing in Assets at Scale & Generative AI to elevate creative excellence and lead technology-driven productions. Reporting to the VP, Integrated Production, you will architect scalable AI content systems while directing complex, multi-disciplinary engagements—ranging from high-stakes content pipelines to advanced digital architectures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in integrated production leadership in creative agencies, digital production houses, or post-production studios.
• Expertise in AI video production processes, generative workflows, and scalable asset creation platforms.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale productions across content and digital architecture.
• Exceptional client management with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable AI pipelines and standardise production workflows.
• Lead large-scale productions and supervise Sr Producers.
• Identify system challenges and establish agency-wide toolkits and standards.
• Oversee creative development, animation, post-production, and generative assets.
• Maintain strong industry relationships with AI tech providers and talent.
• Advise on pipeline choices balancing time, budget, and technology constraints.
• Advise senior clients through complex AI transformations.
• Mentor producers in problem-solving, scoping methodologies, and risk assessment.
• Plan resources as project scope evolves.
