Personal Assistant (Part-Time, In-Person – Saltdean, Brighton)

Hours: 3 hours per day, 4 days per week (flexible schedule within weekdays)

Location: In-person, Saltdean (home office)

Rate: £12–£15/hour depending on experience

About the Role

I’m seeking a reliable and motivatedPersonal Assistantto support the marketing and tech side of my coaching business from my home office in Saltdean. This is ideal for arecent graduate or entry-level candidatewho is organised, intuitive, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.

You’ll help me stay on top of my digital tools, manage light admin and marketing tasks, and keep projects moving. If you’re someone who loves structure, learning new platforms, and working in a calm, meaningful space this could be perfect for you.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Managing and scheduling content usingGo High Level (GHL)
  • Creating simple graphics and posts inCanva
  • Uploading and scheduling interviews/content usingCaption
  • Managing myCalendlyschedule and client bookings
  • Updating basic content on myWordPresswebsite
  • Light email or tech admin (webmail, logins, form integrations, etc.)
  • Supporting with occasional project planning, event prep, or follow-up tasks
You’re a Great Fit If You Are:
  • A confident communicator; written and verbal
  • Familiar with (or quick to learn)GHL, Canva, Caption, Calendly, and WordPress
  • Organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently but open to direction
  • Interested in coaching, wellness, or personal development
  • Discreet and respectful in a home-based working environment
