The role oversees two heritage brands, aligning strategy across UK and Middle East markets while pursuing international expansion under the Lucy Group umbrella.

The leader will provide overall P&L ownership, build high-performing teams, and deliver governance, risk management, and profitability improvements within the next phase of growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in executive leadership roles with full P&L ownership.
• Proven track record leading multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen with product, technology and manufacturing leadership experience.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Significant UK leadership and market experience; international experience beneficial.
• Background in electrical infrastructure or related industrial sector preferred.
• Experience in driving transformation or large-scale change programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to scale organizations through growth phases.
• Career history showing progression and impact.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and recruiting/developing talent.
