Job summary

Lucy Zodion is seeking an experienced executive to lead two UK-based businesses (Lucy Zodion and TOFCO) into their next growth phase, aligning strategy, culture and technology across the UK, Middle East and beyond.

You will own the P&L, build high performing teams, drive product and manufacturing excellence, manage governance and risk, and collaborate with the Lucy Controls CEO and Group executives to deliver sustainable profitability and value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in executive leadership with full P&L ownership.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen with deep product, technology and manufacturing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, setting and executing a vision for growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Build and lead high performing teams across businesses.
• Embed a forward-looking culture balancing continuity with new ideas and practices.
• Enable commercial performance and growth in the UK, Middle East and other markets.

• Ensure high quality reporting to Lucy Controls’ executives.
