Page Executive is seeking a senior legal advisor to partner with business leaders across a sophisticated portfolio of financing, liquidity, collateral, and market infrastructure businesses.

You will provide strategic regulatory counsel, lead negotiations on broad agreements, and advise on digital assets-related matters while working with risk, compliance, operations, and technology teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. and admission to practice law in New York (required).
• 12+ years of experience at a law firm, financial institution, fintech company, market infrastructure organization, or digital asset platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior legal advisor to business leaders across financing, liquidity, collateral, and market infrastructure businesses.
• Lead negotiation, drafting, and maintenance of commercial, transactional, and market-facing agreements.
• Advise on collateral arrangements, securities financing, liquidity solutions, and custody-related services.
