Job summary

The University of Bradford is seeking a Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Education and Student Success) to lead the next phase of its educational development. Reporting to the Vice-Chancellor, this executive role focuses on delivering Student First and improving NSS outcomes.

You will drive educational transformation, strengthen educational quality and ensure sustainability, with influence across faculties and professional services and a strong emphasis on data-informed improvement and innovative learning

Qualifications

• Strong track record of senior academic leadership and educational transformation in a large, complex organisation.
• Evidence of improving student experience and educational performance (NSS, TEF or comparable measures).
• Ability to translate data into measurable improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic priority for Students First and improve NSS outcomes.
• Oversee Teaching Excellence team and educational quality.
• Set strategic direction across faculties and professional services.
