We are seeking an exceptional Pro Vice-Chancellor for Education and Student Success to provide strategic leadership across education, academic quality and the student experience. Reporting to the Provost and Deputy Vice-Chancellor and as a member of the University’s senior leadership team, you will play a central role in the next phase of GCU’s transformation and the delivery of our ambitious Strategy 2030.

You will develop a clear and ambitious education strategy, reimagine the end-to-end student journey and help shape what a modern, student-centred university should look like. You will translate this vision into action, strengthening education performance and outcomes, developing the supporting infrastructure and capabilities, and building a culture of clear expectations, accountability and continuous improvement.
