Exciting opportunity for an Executive IT Meeting Support Engineer to join this global Energy Trading and Supply company.

About The Role:

The IT Operations Engineer is the primary contact for all Executive IT Support needs. Responsibilities include support tasks such as password resets, software installations, and advanced support for personal mobile devices. The role also involves planning and executing meeting support, including virtual meetings and large-scale events with multiple video locations and thousands of attendees. The Engineer will work on-site at the hosting location, coordinating with suppliers to ensure successful meetings and events, and providing in-room support during these events.

Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of Executive IT Support experience in large corporations
• Strong Audio Visual and IT Meeting/Event Support experience
• Willingness to work in Central London office 4/5 days a week
