Job summary

Zanda, an executive search partner, is working with a UK B2B SaaS business seeking an Interim CFO after investment. The role focuses on reporting to lenders, board packs, ARR/NRR data, and driving a value creation plan with organic growth, international expansion and bolt-ons.

You should have CFO experience in at least two PE-backed SaaS firms with revenue above £20m, be comfortable at board level, and able to build credibility with a deal team and lead the finance workstream through diligence

Qualifications

• CFO with PE-backed SaaS experience and £20m+ revenue.
• Proven ability to deliver monthly board packs with ARR/NRR data.
• Experience with lenders covenants and sponsor value-creation plans.
• Capable of building a high-performing finance team and hiring a successor.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly board reporting and covenant position.
• Lead finance workstream on bolt-ons from diligence to integration.
• Align statutory accounts and management reporting with sponsor expectations.
• Assess and strengthen the finance team, preparing for handover.
