What you will do as an Executive Housekeeper

• Establishes and maintains a harmonious working and professional relationship with guests, Housekeeping Department Front Office Department, and all Andaz Employees.
• Is aware of, adheres to and assures that all the Housekeeping team follow hotel rules and policies at all times.
• To oversee and manage the housekeeping operation to ensure our guests receive an outstanding, seamless, 5 star service and the highest levels of cleanliness, condition and working order.
• Ensures employee grooming standards are immaculate at all times.
• Complete all tasks on their designated task list in a timely and efficient manner and ensuring all necessary follow-up and communication is complete prior to ending their shift.
• Must carry out regular checks of all areas daily.
• Participate in housekeeping briefings and act upon this knowledge (dealing with team feedback, issues and requests) and shares with colleagues to ensure a smooth operation and to provide exceptional 5 star service at all times.
• Identify training needs and lead the housekeeping training and development program and provide continuous on the job coaching.
• Ensures that all jobs and ‘We Cares’ are completed and followed up as a matter of urgency whilst focusing solely on guest satisfaction to be of paramount importance.
• Supervise, motivate and coaches the Housekeeping team in the performance of their duties.
• Motivate, drive and monitor the Housekeeping team with regards to cleaning standards, flash inspections, and Hysat feedback.
• Ensures Public Areas are kept immaculate at all times.
• Ensures employee grooming standards are immaculate at all times.
