We're seeking a highly strategic, commercially savvy CFO/COO for one of our top clients who has progressed from early-stage startup to rapid scale, fundraises, and beyond.

This isn't your average finance or operations role; it's an entrepreneurial and commercially driven position at the heart of a transformative enterprise tech company pioneering AI code.

About You:

You have scaled companies before, ideally multiple times, and thrive on navigating complex financial strategies, open source monetisation, SaaS pricing, and operational excellence. You understand enterprise tech, infrastructure stacks, managed services, and how to align operational capacity with strategic financial decisions. You have successfully raised funds, structured IP, and are comfortable taking bold but calculated risks.

Must have a minimum of 2/3:

• Open Source Experience
• Enterprise Tech / Infrastructure and SaaS
• Scaled two or more businesses

Responsibilities:

• Own strategic financial planning, scenario modelling, and investor readiness.
• Drive our open source commercial strategy, licensing, balancing community engagement and monetisation.
• Lead operational structures, ensuring robust reporting, clarity, and execution efficiency.
• Shape our pricing models, hosting, and managed services.
• Oversee IP and legal structuring, ensuring protection, compliance, and commercial advantage.
• Lead fundraising, investor relations, and M&A strategy.
