We're seeking a highly strategic, commercially savvy CFO/COO for one of our very best clients who has been on the journey from early-stage startup to rapid scale, fundraises, and beyond.

This isn't your average finance or ops role; it's an entrepreneurial and commercially driven position at the heart of a transformative enterprise tech company pioneering AI code generation.

About You:

You've scaled companies before, ideally a couple of times, and thrive on navigating complexity in financial strategy, open source monetisation, SaaS pricing, and operational excellence. You understand enterprise tech, infrastructure stacks, managed services, and what it takes to align operational horsepower with strategic financial decisions. You've successfully raised funds, structured IP, and you're comfortable taking bold but calculated risks.

Must have a minimum of 2/3:

• Enterprise Tech / Infra and SaaS
• Scaled 2 x businesses

Responsibilities:

• Own strategic financial planning, scenario modelling, and investor readiness.
• Drive our open source commercial strategy, licensing, balancing community and monetisation.
• Lead operational structures, ensuring robust reporting, clarity, and execution efficiency.
• Shape our Pricing models, hosting, and managed services etc.
• Oversee IP and legal structuring, ensuring protection, compliance, and optimal commercial advantage.
• Lead fundraising, investor relations, and M&A strategy.
