Job summary

The Federation of Mary Immaculate and St. Teilo's Catholic Primary Schools in Pembrokeshire is seeking an Executive Headteacher.

You will lead two Catholic primary schools, splitting time between sites and guiding a senior leadership team, with a strong focus on Catholic education and pupil outcomes. Applicants must be practising Catholics with proven leadership in school improvement and hold or be progressing towards NPQH.

Qualifications

• Practising Catholic and inspirational leader with a proven record of school improvement.
• Strong vision, adaptability, drive and passion to facilitate pupil and staff success.
• Excellent communication skills to engage children, parents, staff and governors.

Responsibilities

• Divide leadership time between Mary Immaculate Catholic Primary and St. Teilo's Catholic Primary.
• Lead a senior management team including a deputy headteacher and an assistant headteacher.
• Ensure continuation of Catholic education ethos and high standards across both sites.
