Job summary

St John Paul II Multi Academy seeks an Executive Principal to provide strategic leadership for Abbey Catholic Primary School and Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School. You will shape the Catholic ethos, drive school improvement and foster collaboration across two communities in Birchfield and Erdington.

You will lead on change initiatives, support staff development, and work with governors and the Multi Academy to ensure high attainment and wellbeing across pupils and families.

Qualifications

• Practising and committed Catholic who will support the ethos of our school and Academy to inspire pupils and staff in faith.
• Experience and a track record of strategic school leadership and improvement to promote collaboration across two ambitious schools.
• Committed to improving attainment and raising achievement through working with staff across the Multi Academy.
• Ability to lead on change initiatives with positive relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Abbey Catholic Primary School and Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School.
• Inspire pupils and staff to develop in line with Catholic ethos.
• Drive school improvement and collaborative practices across the two schools.
