Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in a similar role overseeing multi kitchens.
• Strong commitment to sustainable kitchen practices.
• Ability to develop menus aligned with brand guidelines and reputation.
• Proven ability to train and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written.
• Capable of driving organized, calm operation in a busy environment.
• Strong kitchen administration skills, including managing food and labour costs, H&S and rotas.
• Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver hyper-seasonal menus based on local produce and sustainable practices.
• Lead by example to inspire and motivate the team to achieve high standards.
