Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management.
• Proven ability to design and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships across business, operations, tech, audit and compliance.
• Strong leadership, ownership and ability to manage multiple programs concurrently.
• Excellent communication, clear messaging, and evidence-based decision making.

• Oversee global programs like CORE, drive control forums, and ensure risk coverage.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify and assess risks and control gaps.

• Leverage analytics and AI/LLM capabilities to anticipate trends and deliver solutions.
• Guide regulatory reviews and escalate inquiries and findings as needed.
