The Norfolk & Waveney University Hospitals Group seeks a Group Director of Transformation & Strategy to join its executive team. Reporting to the Board, you will shape the strategic direction, oversee major transformation programmes and ensure alignment across clinical, operational, workforce and financial priorities.

You will lead partnerships with NHS bodies, universities, research institutions and industry to create innovative care models that improve patient outcomes and sustainability

Qualifications

• Significant board or executive-level leadership experience.
• Experience leading transformation, strategy, digital initiatives.
• Experience managing portfolios, budgets, risks and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and delivery of the Group's long-term strategy.
• Drive large-scale transformation and service redesign programmes.
• Build influential partnerships with NHS organisations, universities, regulators and industry.
• Support financial sustainability through productivity, efficiency and transformation.
• Oversee governance, business case development, benefits realisation and strategic risk management.
• Act as a key member of the Executive Team and contribute to leadership decisions.
• Develop capability in transformation and programme management.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and compassionate leadership.
• Champion integrated working across boundaries to improve patient outcomes.
