Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a product leader to own the end-to-end strategy for a data-heavy platform, defining value, roadmap, and success metrics. You will partner with engineering, data science/AI, and commercial teams to translate client needs into requirements and tradeoffs.

You’ll shape the AI strategy, set evaluation criteria, and guide go-to-market activities with sales and marketing. If you have proven experience delivering enterprise-grade data platforms and strong collaboration skills,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading data-heavy platforms or analytics products with governance awareness.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML feature productization and how AI capabilities are evaluated, explained and integrated.
• Proven ability to manage roadmap tradeoffs and deliver across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the platform, including prioritization and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science/AI to translate business needs into technical specs and AI integration plans.
• Lead customer and market discovery to translate insights into product direction and go-to-market coordination with sales, marketing and client success.
