Job summary

LOROS is seeking an experienced leader to serve as Registered Manager, delivering strategic development of care services and ensuring high standards of care across all LOROS services. You will work with the Senior Leadership Team to drive evidence-based improvements and ensure governance, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold HCPC or NMC registration and current professional status.
• Proven experience leading care services and improving safety and quality.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, medicines management and infection control.
• Ability to develop strategy with senior leadership and the board.
• Excellent people management and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Establish plans for the development of LOROS care services as part of the charity's overall strategy.
• Lead, motivate and inspire departmental colleagues to deliver these plans.
• Act as the charity's Registered Manager and accountable officer for controlled drugs.
• Contribute to Senior Leadership Team and represent care services at board level.
• Provide executive leadership and support for the Clinical Governance and Development Committee.
• Ensure views of patients and families shape service development and delivery.
