CMC Markets seeks an experienced Head of Fixed Income Trading to establish and lead a new Fixed Income trading business in the UK. This senior role carries end-to-end responsibility for strategy, trading, technology, risk management and commercial development, reporting into executive leadership.

• Extensive experience leading a Fixed Income trading operation.
• Proven ability to define strategy and implement scalable trading platforms.
• Strong relationships with institutional clients and liquidity providers.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute strategy for the Fixed Income trading business, including product scope and client proposition.
• Build-out trading desk, define pricing, execution, liquidity and inventory management.
• Establish risk framework with Risk and Treasury for market, liquidity and counterparty risks.
• Specify technology requirements and partner with Tech for scalable front-to-back trading.
• Recruit and lead the Fixed Income team and manage relationships with market participants.
• Drive client franchise growth with commercial teams and key relationships.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Operations on funding, liquidity and settlement processes.
• Ensure regulatory governance in partnership with Compliance and Legal.
