Responsibilities
- Lead London-based desktop support engineers and own EUC strategy.
- Deliver white‑glove VIP support with rapid triage and end-to-end resolution.
- Maintain strict 30‑minute response SLA for revenue‑generating users.
- Oversee ServiceNow ticket lifecycle and data hygiene for transparency.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and network teams to ensure platform resilience.
- Leverage AI tooling to accelerate troubleshooting and automation.
