The role |

As a designate head chef, you’ll inspire your team to exceed guest expectations, maintaining high standards. You will coach and develop your team to reach their potential while driving performance and achieving excellent results.

• Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Your ability to influence and empower emerging leaders is essential, along with providing excellent training, coaching, and mentorship.
• Are dedicated to delivering excellence in guest experience, ensuring every dish meets exceptional standards, either through your own efforts or by equipping your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
• Have experience ensuring your kitchen’s food, health, and safety standards are maintained, understanding the financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spotting opportunities.
• Focus on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth among team members.
• Care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and belonging, allowing them to flourish in their roles and careers.
