Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. is looking for a Beauty Expert at Gatwick Airport to deliver world-class beauty advice and drive exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, airside store in the departures lounge.

The role is part-time (24 hours) with shifts including early and late periods; you will champion the brand, demonstrate makeup techniques, and help customers choose looks while embodying the Charlotte Tilbury standards. Training and staff discounts are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Advisor in beauty or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer experience and share makeup knowledge with customers.
• Exceed store KPIs while working at a fast pace in a busy beauty environment.
• Maintain Charlotte Tilbury grooming standards and brand presentation.
• Collaborate with managers and colleagues to support shifts and team goals.
