Qualifications

• Strategic digital, data and technology leadership guiding multiple organisations.
• Experience turning data into actionable insight for decision making.
• Ability to translate user needs into responsive, accessible services.
• Knowledge of enterprise platforms, security and resilient operations.
• Experience delivering complex DDaT programmes with budget and supplier management.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape digital, data and technology strategy for Bar Council and Bar Standards Board.
• Modernise core platforms and services, including CRM, with strong governance.
• Lead the DDaT function and foster a culture of coaching and continuous improvement.
• Align technology delivery with organisational change programmes and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure secure, reliable services with clear value for money and strong supplier relationships.
