Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a Change Reporting Lead to design, deliver and continually improve enterprise change reporting. You will ensure leaders across the organisation have a clear, trusted view of portfolio performance and a single version of the truth that supports effective decision making.

You will lead a small team of Reporting Analysts and partner with Governance, Finance, Delivery and Risk to embed reporting standards, improve data quality and provide executive‑level

Qualifications

• Experience producing executive governance reporting for boards or equivalent.
• Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise narratives.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale reporting frameworks and managing portfolio-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve enterprise change reporting, including reporting standards and information flows.
• Translate complex delivery, risk and financial data into clear narratives and forward-looking analysis.
• Lead and develop a small team of Reporting Analysts and collaborate across Governance, Finance, Delivery and Risk.
