• Proven track record of developing and managing temporary recruitment desks.

Responsibilities

• Identify, win and develop new Catering & Hospitality business opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients through networking, visits and account management.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings and development activity to grow market share.
• Promote Blue Arrow's recruitment offering and temp-to-perm opportunities.
• Drive gross margin growth and maximise revenue across the client base.
