About the Role:

Remitly is looking for a precise and customer-centric Executive Business Partner to join our team, supporting two executives in the Business Marketing and Analytics org across multiple time zones. This is an opportunity to contribute to the success of a fast-growing, mission-based company. This position is based in London and will require a minimum of three days in the office per week, with potential for more time based on events and critical onsite meetings. The role reports to the VP, Business Management.

You Will:

  1. Provide seamless, proactive calendar management, including scheduling external, internal, and highly sensitive meetings across multiple teams and time zones, effectively managing the executive’s time and priorities.
  2. Support team planning and leadership team offsites.
  3. Drive organization-wide process improvements and eliminate or simplify ineffective processes.
  4. Act as a strategic partner to the executives, earning trust through integrity and managing sensitive information with discretion.
  5. Communicate proactively to ensure nothing is missed, partnering with two leaders working in different time zones.
  6. Lead initiatives in our London office, contributing to the team culture.
  7. Partner in creating and implementing employee engagement plans focusing on recognition, DEI, and workplace belonging.
  8. Create efficient, repeatable processes through templates and manage collaboration sites, including wiki and shared drives.
  9. Plan detailed domestic and international travel itineraries.
  10. Organize and prioritize time-sensitive information to ensure prompt action.
  11. Manage coordination and submission of expense reports, invoices, and POs.
  12. Collaborate with other EBPs on events, strategic projects, and cultural initiatives.
  13. Foster collaboration within the EBP community by building relationships, sharing best practices, and proactively solving challenges.

You Have:

  1. 5+ years of experience partnering with VP+ executives as a strategic partner.
  2. Alignment with our mission and values, serving as a role model of our cultural values.
  3. Deep experience working with VP+ leaders and collaborating across organizations and with external partners.
  4. Experience managing tasks independently in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.
  5. Strong communication skills, conveying ideas clearly and collaborating effectively.
  6. Receptiveness to feedback and proactive in implementing improvements.
  7. Discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
  8. Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
  9. Curiosity and willingness to learn new processes and solutions.
