About the Role:

We are seeking a precise, customer-centric Executive Business Partner to support two executives in the Business Marketing and Analytics organization across multiple time zones. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, mission-driven company. Based in London, the position requires a minimum of three days in the office per week, with potential for more, depending on events and onsite meetings. The role reports to the VP, Business Management.

You Will:

  • Manage calendars proactively, scheduling internal, external, and sensitive meetings across teams and time zones, while prioritizing effectively.
  • Support team planning and organize leadership team offsites.
  • Drive process improvements across the organization, simplifying or eliminating ineffective processes.
  • Partner strategically with executives, earning trust through integrity and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Communicate proactively to ensure nothing is missed, partnering with leaders across different time zones.
  • Act as a leader within our London office and contribute to team culture.
  • Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives focusing on recognition, DEI, and workplace belonging.
  • Create efficient, repeatable processes through templates and manage collaboration tools like wiki and shared drives.
  • Plan detailed domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Organize and prioritize time-sensitive information and action items.
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and POs.
  • Partner with other EBPs on events, projects, and cultural initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships within the EBP community to share best practices and solve challenges.

You Have:

  • 5+ years partnering with VP-level or higher executives as a strategic partner.
  • Alignment with our mission and values, serving as a role model of our cultural values.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and collaborating across organizations and external partners.
  • Ability to operate independently in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong communication skills and effective collaboration across teams.
  • Receptiveness to feedback and proactive in implementing improvements.
  • Discretion handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new processes and solutions.
