The EA to the Master of College is a critical role, working closely as an assistant to the Master and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including the College Leadership Team, the Executive Leadership Team, staff, parents, and students.
Salary & Benefits: Up to £50,000 per annum
Contract: Full-Time Permanent
Location: Thomas’s College, Richmond
The EA provides direct support with emails, communications, meetings, diaries, and scheduling. The role involves liaising with the administration team, reception, and wider Business & Operations staff. The post-holder represents the Master’s Office and contributes to key College events, such as speech days, celebrations, and graduation ceremonies.
