Role Summary

This role is ideal for a proactive, enthusiastic PA, Secretary, or EA with experience supporting senior executives. You will work closely with the COO, handling a range of administrative duties and supporting her day-to-day activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Diary management, document preparation, email processing, and maintaining e-filing systems
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes, and providing administrative support
  • Managing correspondence, calls, meeting requests, and workstream tasks
  • Supporting COO’s reports with document updates, policy management, and meeting arrangements
  • Acting as liaison between COO and stakeholders, greeting visitors
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company-specific systems
Candidate Profile

Looking for a quick learner with confidentiality, professionalism, flexibility, and strong organisational skills. Experience in secretarial, executive, or administrative roles is essential. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities and supporting a busy executive.
