A leading airline is seeking a trusted professional to support the CFO in executive coordination and finance operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day functions, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and driving collaboration across teams. Candidates should be proactive, confident, and adept in handling multiple priorities while maintaining discretion.
Salary: Competitive per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Flexible working, 3 days a week in our VHQ, Crawley
Contract: Permanent

At Virgin Atlantic, we’re seeking a highly capable and trusted professional to support our Chief Financial Officer. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide executive-level coordination and insight, enabling the CFO and Finance Leadership Team to operate with clarity, focus, and efficiency.
You’ll play a key role in managing priorities, preparing for critical engagements, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. With a strong grasp of business dynamics and a proactive mindset, you’ll help the CFO stay ahead in a fast-paced, evolving environment—bringing structure, foresight, and calm to complex challenges.
