Executive Assistant to CEO – Central London

Position: Part-Time or Full-Time | Flexible Hours

We seek a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the CEO directly across business and operational activities, ensuring maximum efficiency and focus at the top level.

Role Overview

You will be the CEO’s right hand — proactively managing diaries, prioritising tasks, handling sensitive information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple shops and projects. Discretion, initiative, and exceptional organisational skills are critical.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Calendar management, travel planning, and meeting scheduling.
  2. Drafting communications, reports, and professional correspondence.
  3. CRM and lead management (Zoho CRM experience preferred but not required).
  4. Light project management across marketing, stock control, and shop operations.
  5. Liaising confidently with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
  6. Handling confidential information with absolute professionalism.
  7. Anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
The Ideal Candidate
  1. 3–5+ years experience supporting business owners, directors, or senior leaders.
  2. Extremely organised, efficient, and detail-driven.
  3. Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  4. Strong tech skills (Excel, CRM systems, cloud-based tools).
  5. Positive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented personality.
  6. Discreet and highly trustworthy.
  7. London-based (or able to travel into London when needed).
