Job Description:

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for your next exciting temporary role within a fast-paced and creative environment?

Handle Recruitment is working with a hugely successful global media company to find a Temporary Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders in a collaborative, friendly, and dynamic team. This is a brilliant opportunity for an EA who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation, and brings a calm, proactive energy to everything they do.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing complex diaries across time zones and travel arrangements
  • Providing gatekeeping support for executives
  • Coordinating team meetings, agendas and weekly department updates
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and internal documents
  • Processing expenses through Concur
  • Acting as the key point of contact for internal teams and visitors
  • Processing expenses and managing invoicing
  • Offering ad hoc support to the EA team
  • Providing wider administrative support across the finance team
Experience and Skills required:
  • Previous experience in media/creative environments is a big plus
  • An established EA/PA with solid experience supporting senior leaders
  • Proactive, highly organised and able to multitask with ease
  • Skilled at working independently while managing ever-changing priorities
  • Discreet, professional and confident handling confidential information
  • Tech savvy with strong experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Friendly, team-oriented and happy to get stuck in wherever needed
Additional Details:

Start date: Immediate

Contract: Temp (ongoing cover)

Hybrid working: 3-4 days on-site in London, 1-2 days WFH
