A charitable organisation in Greater London is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Co-Leads. The successful candidate will manage complex diaries and correspondence, prepare reports, and handle senior-level enquiries with discretion. Synagogue seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the Co-Leads to play a central role in supporting the leadership of our movement at an exciting time of growth and change.
This is a trusted, varied and influential position, ideal for an experienced EA who thrives on organisation, relationship-building and working at the heart of a mission-driven organisation.
Working closely with the Co-Leads and reporting to the Director of People, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of their office. You will be a key point of contact for colleagues, board members, community leaders and external partners, handling matters with discretion, professionalism and warmth.
This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing detail with big-picture awareness, and who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You will be an experienced PA or EA with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders in a busy environment. You will be highly organised, calm under pressure and confident managing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence and absolute discretion are essential.
