This is a trusted, varied and influential position, ideal for an experienced EA who thrives on organisation, relationship-building and working at the heart of a mission-driven organisation.

The Role

Working closely with the Co-Leads and reporting to the Director of People, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of their office. You will be a key point of contact for colleagues, board members, community leaders and external partners, handling matters with discretion, professionalism and warmth.

Responsibilities
  • Managing complex diaries, inboxes, correspondence and travel arrangements
  • Acting as the first point of contact for senior-level enquiries
  • Preparing briefings, presentations and reports
  • Supporting board and governance processes, including meetings, agendas and minutes
  • Coordinating events, synagogue visits and community engagements
  • Maintaining accurate records, templates and databases
  • Supporting organisational administration across our centres and governance structures

This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing detail with big-picture awareness, and who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

About You

You will be an experienced PA or EA with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders in a busy environment. You will be highly organised, calm under pressure and confident managing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence and absolute discretion are essential.

We are particularly interested in candidates who
  • Have experience supporting more than one senior leader
  • Are confident using Microsoft Office and managing digital records
  • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a small, committed team
  • Share our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion
  • Have an understanding of, or willingness to learn about, the Jewish community and its values
  • Experience working in a charity, faith-based or membership organisation would be welcomed but is not essential.
Why Join Us?
