  • Supporting with inbox management, correspondence, priorities and follow-ups.
  • Coordinating UK and international travel, including complex itineraries and last-minute changes.
  • Organising senior leadership meetings, board meetings, off-sites, events and company celebrations.

  • Acting as a warm, professional and approachable point of contact for visitors and guests.
  • Helping with day-to-day office coordination and contributing to a positive, sociable working environment.
  • Anticipating needs, resolving problems independently and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Handling confidential information with complete discretion and professionalism.
About you

We're looking for an established EA/PA with solid experience supporting senior individuals within a fast-paced, dynamic business.

Experience within the creative, media, production, entertainment, advertising or similar would be particularly relevant, although we're open to other backgrounds.

You’ll bring:
  • A strong and stable career history, ideally demonstrating 3–4 years or more within previous organisations.
  • Proven experience managing complex diaries, travel arrangements and multiple priorities.
  • A confident, self-assured approach, with excellent judgement and the ability to work independently.
  • A naturally warm, engaging and personable personality, with brilliant relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, always thinking one step ahead.
  • The confidence to communicate with senior stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
  • A genuine willingness to get involved, support colleagues and contribute to the wider team.
  • An appreciation for a lively, informal and collaborative culture, while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA who genuinely enjoys executive support and wants to build trusted relationships, take real ownership and become an integral part of a successful, growing business.
