VANRATH are assisting a thriving construction-based company with the recruitment of a Personal Assistant to join their fun and friendly Draperstown/Magherafelt team.

Monday - Friday. Permanent position.

Salary: Negotiable + fantastic benefits in a modern workplace & progression opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively manage the diary and schedule, including organising and co-ordinating regular team meetings.
  2. Plan and deliver accurate, high-quality work while managing competing deadlines and shifting priorities.
  3. Prepare professional documentation including agendas, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  4. Provide administrative support to the wider team as required and ensure matters arising from meetings are dealt with by the appropriate people within agreed timescales.
  5. Research to assist the Group MD with their duties in preparation for meetings and presentations.
  6. Manage internal and external communications, prioritising and responding to emails, calls, and post on behalf of stakeholders.
  7. Organise and manage events, lunches, including dietary requirements.
  8. Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
The Ideal Person:
  1. Experience in a similar role - PA / Secretary / EA, etc.
  2. Excellent IT skills and confidence using Microsoft packages, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with the team.
