China-Britain Business Council in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer in a fast-paced, hybrid role based in Nuneaton with some travel to London.

This is a full time, hybrid role based in Nuneaton, with a minimum of two days per week in the office and travel to London as required.
Supporting a senior Executive means there will occasionally be moments when flexibility outside usual working hours is needed, for example around Board meetings, key events or an urgent, time sensitive issue. We want working patterns to be sustainable, with flexibility and balance in return.
This is a high impact Executive Assistant opportunity supporting our Chief Financial Officer at the heart of a fast moving and changing business.
You will do far more than manage a diary. You will create space, bring order to competing priorities, solve problems before they elevate and use your judgement to keep things moving.
Our CFO works at pace, stays close to the detail and values people who can think ahead and act with confidence. You will need to know when to take ownership, when to challenge constructively and when something genuinely needs Executive input
