Are you a proactive, highly organised individual looking for a new role as an EA and Office Manager? Join Spread a Smile, a growing charity that brings laughter to seriously ill children in hospitals and hospices across the UK.
We’re seeking an experienced EA & Office Manager to support our team. This role combines strategic support to the CEO (70%) with day-to-day office management (30%).
You’ll manage the CEO’s diary, meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions. You’ll also support donor relations, prepare presentations, and coordinate engagement.
In office management, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage suppliers, coordinate IT access, handle budgets, and support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, policy updates, and staff wellbeing.
We seek someone with proven experience supporting senior leadership, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and skilled in handling sensitive information. Strong organisational skills, IT literacy (especially Microsoft Office), and experience in HR admin and basic finance are essential.
