A leading company in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior stakeholders. The role involves managing complex diaries, handling confidential information, and coordinating travel in a hybrid work environment. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in corporate settings. This is a contract position based in Glasgow, offering flexible work arrangements.
This role supports 3–4 senior stakeholders at MD and Director level (final structure to be confirmed). The position requires a confident, experienced EA who is adept at juggling complex priorities and working independently, particularly in a hybrid setup where many stakeholders are based outside of Glasgow.
