The University of the Built Environment is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the COO and collaborate with the Executive team across the University. Based Horizons (Reading, Berkshire) and flexible, two days per week remote working are features of this role.
You will manage diverse, high‑priority workloads, be digitally proficient, and demonstrate excellent report writing and communication skills.
Salary £34,000 pa
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO), a key member of the University's Executive team.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the COO's interactions with members of the Executive team, the Senior Leadership Team and colleagues across the University, helping to drive efficiency, collaboration and effective decision-making. With a proactive approach and excellent attention to detail, you will anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and provide seamless executive support in a dynamic environment.
