A leading London-based production company is seeking an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to support senior staff and manage daily office operations. This full-time role requires strong organizational skills, office experience, and the ability to work with diverse teams. Job role: Provide day to day support to Co-Founder, Managing Director and other senior members of staff at Lightbox. Plus managing the office.
Full time position starting in July

Salary dependent on experience
One year’s previous office experience is essential for this role.
London based production company are looking for an Executive Assistant and Office Manager for their busy office, for a fixed term of 1 year.
This is a full-time position, starting in July and is the ideal opportunity for anyone who wants to get an insight into the workings of a multi-award-winning Film and TV production company.
Responsibilities:
Managing diaries and scheduling meetings/calls for senior members of staff.
Booking travel, accommodation, cars and creating detailed itineraries.
Working closely with the American assistant in our LA office.
Liaising with producers, directors, commissioning editors, distributors and broadcasters.
Liaising with landlord and office contractors.
Managing office, duties include but are not limited to: errands, petty cash, IT, phones, office and kitchen supplies, business accounts, security and access, post and couriers, office upkeep, managing desk spaces, maintenance of computer software, hardware and the office space.
Managing staff expenses.
Coordinating office events: screenings, viewings, office parties.
Coordinating any talks/presentations/festivals.
Managing the company’s website and social media pages.
Helping with development research and festival/award submissions.
Working closely with the Managing Director to ensure the management of the office is well maintained.
This role will require both office and home working. We require candidates to be in the London office at least 3-4 days a week, with the flexibility to do more.
