This is more than a diary management role; it’s an opportunity to be a trusted advisor, gatekeeper, and collaborator at the heart of a dynamic and growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support – Manage calendars, book travel, process expenses, and provide seamless day-to-day support to multiple SLT members
  • Meeting Coordination – Organise and run internal meetings, leadership offsites, and cross-functional sessions, including agenda prep and minute taking
  • Communication Management – Act as a key liaison between SLT and stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communications
  • Document Preparation – Create, edit, and format reports, presentations, and internal communications for senior-level audiences
  • Event & Logistics Support – Assist with planning leadership events, town halls, and strategy days
  • Project Assistance – Support strategic projects by coordinating inputs, tracking timelines, and helping align cross-team deliverables

About You

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and pivot as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident liaising at all levels
  • Technically adept with Microsoft Office, Teams and Slack
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • A self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative to get things done
