This post provides executive support to EarthCap's Executive Director Nicola Ranger and senior leadership team, plus programme administrative support to Jessica Flack.
The post holder will provide high-level secretarial and executive support to the Executive Director and two Deputy Directors, including complex diary and inbox management, meeting organisation and follow-up on action points, and support for travel and stakeholder relationships. They will also manage business operations tasks such as expenses and invoicing, draft correspondence, and provide logistical support for events, while helping to build systems that keep the team running smoothly.
